Kootenai RV has fully equipped RV lots on the edge of Lake Koocanusa in northwest Montana. These are among the largest RV sites in the Tobacco Valley and average a quarter acre each. Take a tour of everything from quiet and shady to sunny and up front. Lease Terms

Lease agreement and payment are rented on an annual basis.

All sites have access to water, sewer, electricity, telephone, and Wi-Fi.

Water and sewer are included in the annual fee.

The Lessee is required, and will be responsible, for transferring the electricity into their name with Lincoln Electric Cooperative.

Telephone and wi-fi hookups through InterBel Telephone Cooperative are optional, paid for by the Lessee.

All RV sites are flat and measure at least 40' by 16'.

All sites are back-in (not pull-through).

All sites have both 30 amp and 50 amp service.

Only one RV/camper per site. Exception - Lot 13 can have an additional camper WITHOUT hookups.
Full lease details are outlined in our lease agreement. A signed lease agreement, insurance, transfer of electricity, and payment required upon lease signing.
As of February 2026 we have three lots for lease now, Lot 13, Lot 54 and Lot 81.
