Kootenai RV has fully equipped RV lots on the edge of Lake Koocanusa in northwest Montana. These are among the largest RV sites in the Tobacco Valley and average a quarter acre each. Take a tour of everything from quiet and shady to sunny and up front. Full hookups are included, and all sites are within easy walking distance of the Abayance Bay marina, shop, and restaurant as well as local amenities. Contact us now for rental details!

Lease Terms

All leases are for one year.

All sites have access to water, sewer, electricity, telephone, and Wi-Fi.

The Lessee will be responsible for arranging and paying for the use of electricity, telephone, and Wi-Fi.

All pads are flat and measure at least 40' by 16'.

All sites are back-in (not pull-through).

All sites have both 30 amp and 50 amp service.

One RV/camper per site.

Full lease details are outlined in our lease agreement. A signed lease agreement, insurance, transfer of electricity, and payment required upon lease signing.

As of June 2024 we have 2 available lots: Lot 63 and Lot 64. Lot 13 will be available later this summer. All other lots are rented.
